We offer a platform, pro.besoccer.com, which makes available to users (companies and professionals) extensive information on leagues, teams and football players to make it easier for said users to carry out detailed analysis and reports.
The aim of this site is to offer information and facilitate the contracting of our services aimed at companies and professionals and to give them access to it.
The contracting of personalised reports on players, competitions etc, which are reported on the website is carried out externally to the website by contacting us using the contact form provided to you.

Data origin: Your personal data (first name, surname, image, nationality, current and previous team, market value, position, performance assessment, and generic injuries) have been obtained from publicly accessible sources, sports federation websites, official minutes and announcements, and match observation.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the business group. Generic injury data are processed under Art. 9.2(e) of the GDPR, as they have been made public by the clubs themselves.
Duty to inform: Individual notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort given the volume of data subjects and the public origin of the data (Art. 14.5(b) of the GDPR).

If there are links to third party websites, we inform you that you will be governed by the terms and conditions of those websites and BESOCCER PRO takes no responsibility for the content accessed through those links. In this section we want to inform users of the policies of use and treatment of data which we have on social media we are present on (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube). When a user is a follower of BESOCCER PRO, he/she authorises that his/her personal data is used only on these platforms for the management of our page or profile and for two way communication which we hold with our followers via chat, messages or other means of communication which each social network allows.
Nevertheless, this processing will be subject to the privacy policies of these social networks. By becoming a follower, we will have access to the list of members and followers which have joined us.
